***PLEASE*** make sure you are ready to take care of a puppy before committing to purchase one.
*Deposits are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse sale of a puppy/adult to anyone at our discretion. If you are interested in purchasing a puppy, please contact us for availability. Once we have agreed that the puppy you are interested in IS in fact available, we will email you a printable deposit agreement that you will need to fill out and you may send a deposit of $200 to hold that puppy. Once a deposit is received, we will mark your puppy SOLD and the deposit becomes non-refundable. We will accept paypal, cash, personal checks, or postal money orders for your deposit. If you are mailing a deposit for a puppy, that puppy will be marked PENDING until your deposit arrives. We will allow 3 business days for the deposit to arrive. Personal checks or money orders for the full balance must be received at least 5 business days before a puppy is picked up. If paying through PayPal, please remember to add an additional 4% to the price. *All puppies are sold to pet homes only - no breeding.* *A refund will be given if something happens to the puppy chosen before it leaves my home. |

PUPPY DEPOSIT AGREEMENT
All puppies must be paid for in full by 6 weeks of age even if we have agreed to hold the puppy longer. Most puppies leave between 7 and 9 weeks old. Puppies not paid for by 6 weeks can be placed back for sale at our discretion with no refund of the deposit. Failure to pick up your puppy on the scheduled date (no show) forfeits the puppy and all payments made. *A refund will be given ONLY if something happens to the puppy chosen before it leaves my home. ALL OF OUR ADULTS ARE AKC REGISTERED. AKC papers will be provided after we have received proof that the puppy has been spayed or neutered. IT IS AGREED THAT THERE WILL BE NO BREEDING, ACCIDENTAL OR ON PURPOSE, OF THIS MINIATURE SCHNAUZER - HE/SHE IS TO BE NEUTERED/SPAYED

Deposits taken by Paypal (add 4%), Personal Check or Postal Money Order. The puppy must be paid IN FULL by the time it is 6 weeks old. CASH ONLY if paying in full when being picked up. We do not accept personal checks for final payment when the puppy is picked up. If for any reason we or our vet feels the puppy needs to be with mom any longer than 6 weeks, or the new owner is unable to spend what we feel is an adequate amount of time with them at this age, or the puppy is too small to travel, we have the right to keep the puppy until we or our vet feel that the puppy can be placed in his/her new home. There are no refunds on deposits. This deposit signifies intent on the behalf of the purchaser to follow through with the purchase of the puppy. The ONLY exception to this is if by some tragedy the puppy should get sick or die before it goes home. If this is the case, we will return the deposit to you unless you want to apply it to another puppy (if one is available).
